Eligibility

The contest is open to all owners of a Enerzone appliance, residents of Canada or the USA, 18 years old or older.

Size (Format) required by your photo

Your photo has to be in color. It has to be submitted in electronic format (.jpeg.raw.tif), with a 300 DPI resolution, and a minimal size of 1800 x 1200 pixels.

May 31st, 2010.

Contest description

Photos:

• have to be original versions taken for the purpose of the contest;
• have to be taken for personal and private use;
• cannot be copies or reproductions by or from third parties;
• have to mainly show a Enerzone product

General rules

• Every participant can submit a maximum of three (3) photos;
• Photos have to mainly show a Enerzone product;
• Collages, overlapping and photomontages are accepted. However, the participants have to guarantee to the organizers of the contest that the submitted photos carry in no way infringement of rights of third parties (in particular to the rights of the persons concerning objects and photographed spaces);
• Any submitted photo must be free of rights, in particular as for its origin, the author, or for the persons and\or the photographed goods;
• Enerzone reserves the right to publish all submitted photos for promotional purposes or other purposes, and this without assent of the author;
• The participants free Enerzone of any pursuits who could be afterward instituted regarding the publication or the use of their photo(s) for promotional or of exhibition purposes;
• The decision of the jury will be without appeal;
• The winners will be informed by telephone on June 25th, 2010;
• Any misunderstanding regarding the organization or the behavior of an advertising contest may be subject to the Quebec board of alcohols, races and games so that it is settled;
• Any unconformity for the attribution of a prize can be subjected to the Quebec board of alcohols, races and games, only for the purposes of an intervention trying to settle it;
• The acceptance of the participant of the terms and the conditions here expressed for this contest establishes the transfer, for free and for an indefinite period of time, of a license of use and reproduction allowing Enerzone to use and to reproduce in any way and whatever support photos subjected within the framework of this contest as well as guarantee by the participant that he is the real author or the authorized user. The name of the author will be mentioned for any use of its photography.

Prize:

Three prizes will be awarded for this contest

• The winner of the contest will obtain $300CAN
• The second place will obtain $200CAN
• The third place will obtain $100CAN

The winners of the contest will also be announced on the web site by June 30th, 2010.
